Based on breakout

Press m on level select screen to unlock next level. By default the levels are all the same but thats because of javascript not letting me save to text files. 

Also when you press save on the level creator itll take you to the level select screen, you need to click a level for it to save the level you made to, you can tell because the create button won't be visible until you press a level.

Grey bricks are indestructible

Press space to launch the ball, press esc to pause. A and D to move the platform
